Our goal is to serve you beyond your expectations and make sure that you come back more than once to try our delicious Despina recipes! The family is down-to-earth and enjoys building relationships with everyone. One of the short term goals is to expand our menu (breakfast & early dinner). Although we do not serve dinner YET, that is something that we will be pushing for in the near future. “Dinner & A Movie” is going to be the new concept coming soon to the restaurant, Saturday nights only. We are offering this as way to give community members, couples and students another thing to do during the weekends. Please stay tuned…
As for the long term goals we want to make DESPINA’S MEDITERRANEAN TASTE one of the best if not the BEST restaurant in Binghamton period. Then the next step would be to expand Despina’s to open up a second location in Vestal or somewhere near the tri-city area. To add to this, Despina will be putting some of her products in local grocery stores especially the BEST DRESSING IN TOWN!!! WE SELL BOTTLES IN THE RESTAURANT SO STOP BY AND GRAB FOR COOKING!!!
